Welcome to Trouveora — an AI travel planner and on-trip companion. By using it you agree to these terms.
Trouveora generates travel itineraries and, for saved trips, provides live assistance: flight status alerts, reminders, local tips and related notifications. Plans are built from real data sources (maps, routing, daylight, live fares and rates) combined with AI-generated writing.
Trouveora is an assistant, not a travel agency, airline or guarantor. Fares, rates, opening hours and schedules change constantly — always confirm bookings, visas, entry rules and safety guidance with the official provider before you rely on them. AI-written content can contain mistakes. Trouveora is not liable for losses arising from acting on generated plans or missed/incorrect notifications; notifications depend on third-party data feeds and your device's connectivity and settings.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for having the right to upload the documents you store. Your trips are private to you and the people you explicitly share them with. Don't use Trouveora for anything unlawful, to spam, or to probe/abuse the service (rate limits are enforced).
Planning is free. Paid features (the live Guide and add-ons), where offered, are charged per trip or per subscription as shown at purchase, via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable once a trip has started, except where the law requires otherwise.
Trouveora is free to plan with because we earn a commission from some bookings made through links we show (for example flights, hotels, eSIMs, car rentals, transfers, activities and travel insurance). This never changes the price you pay — it's the same as booking direct. We aim to show options that are genuinely useful, but we don't control the partners' prices, availability or terms; when you book, that partner's own terms and privacy policy apply, and your contract is with them, not with Trouveora.
Photos, videos and some data come from third-party services and remain the property of their owners. Deals and offers are shown as reported by the booking sites and can change or expire at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be shown in-app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.
